CRUISE SHIP

The twelfth cruise ship this year arrives Wednesday morning with 777 passengers. Looks like the cruise ship industry has made a rolling start this year. The town would sure be busy.

DRAINAGE

Drainage around the courthouse in Mulinuu needs to be fixed. After a heavy rainfall that lasted around 15 minutes, the entrance leading to the courthouse was covered with water. Wet feet all around.

DEAD VOTERS

There are many dead people still registered as eligible voters. The new registration may help clear this and help avoid election fraud.

SKATERS

Someone needs to build a skateboard park that also operates at night. Youths have been skating on the main road in Vailoa going downhill to Vaitele. This is dangerous.

NIGHT BIKES

It is not only skaters. Bicycles are all over Apia and most of them are being ridden without lights and reflectors. As fancy as the bikes are, they need to be equipped for night use.

SOUND WAVES

Having speakers louder than the horns of Jericho is a norm in Samoa for some motor enthusiasts. The annoying thing is that a few like to drive around midnight with sound waves strong enough for an earthquake.
