Bluesky Samoa customers will benefit from a new mobile phone product called “non-stop combo” packs.

The launch was conducted at the Bluesky Maluafou headquarters and the new product services began to be rolled out yesterday. 

The Bluesky Samoa Chief Executive Officer, Toleafoa Douglas, said the initiative targeting their prepaid customers will be of benefit to them and entails a new modern service. 

“The non-stop combo pack will allow customers to utilize mobile data, voice calling and texting with long validity up to 90 days, with benefits refreshed every day. 

“You only pay once and choose the duration of the package you require, and be able to enjoy the benefits for up to 90 days and data one gigabyte normal and one gigabyte for Facebook but no rollover of unused daily balance,” he said.

Toleafoa also stated that the benefits are given to customers automatically after mid-night every day during the entire validity period.

“The existing balance and validity for any active package remains and does not overwrite any older benefits which the customers may already have.

“Customers can purchase the bundles by topping up the exact price and bundle will automatically be activated, or dial *888# and selecting the product under Non-stop Combo, or go into MyBluesky app and select the Non-stop Combo,” he added.

He also emphasized that if the data plan ran before midnight, customers can purchase any other bundles for data already existing. For example, the $5 for one gigabyte data is valid for two days.

“Another new benefit is the 50 minutes free to text and call Digicel numbers that comes with the package. At the moment we only have four choices of plans, the first is $9.00 valid for 24 hours, with benefits of mobile data worth two gigabyte comprised of one gigabyte normal and one gigabyte for Facebook, 50 free minutes and texts to both Bluesky and Digicel.

“For those that wish to purchase a higher amount will benefit from the $49.00 valid for seven days, $199 valid for 30 days and the 699 valid for 90 days all with the same benefits as the $9.00.
