Man, know thyself is the essence of the Christ within. 

When everything else externally failed, you turned within to find thyself. 

Great success story from one of our own brothers that turns to the light, the source that enlightened the higher mind to exit the external realm but to be with his inner being to know that he has the power from within to control his addiction and to save himself. 

When you are one with yourself, all knowing and all seeing and to be in union with the spirit of our creator, the still light, there is no power greater than that. Liberty is the conditioning of the outside world while freedom is the conditioning of us. We have the internal power to exercise those options. “To be or not to be is up to me.”
