S.L.A.C. TOP SALES PERSON: Galuemalemana Pola Mala with Eseta Kavesi.

She’s done it again. Galumalemana Pola Motugaafa Aiafi-Mala is the Top Sales Agent for Samoa Life Assurance Corporation (S.L.A.C.) for 2017-2018.

Her hard work was acknowledged at the Tanoa Tusitala on Friday night during the Corporation’s Annual awards. This is the fourth time Galuemalemana has secured the top prize.

Speaking to the Sunday Samoan, Galumalemana said she is very humbled by the honour.

She believes that anything and everything is possible through God.

“He will continuously be my number one inspiration,” said Galumalemana. “This is the season for everything, a time to plant and a time to reap the fruits of your hard labour."

“I want to thank God first and foremost for the strength and wisdom that kept me going through my journey with S.L.A.C. in 2017. All our resources, time and talents come from God and we should strive to use them wisely."

“I believe that positivity really changes the way we see any situation and for what we think is what we have and will become.”

She went on to say that the work she does is always about quality business.

“It’s never about meeting the deadline but rather it’s about ensuring that I produced quality business,” she said.

“It’s no easy work there’s always challenges. One of them is about finding the right clients. It’s also about going out of your way to meet your clients and meet them."

“Another challenge is time management you have to adjust to the time that the client is available.”

Galumalemana said one of the most common challenges is convincing the people that this is what they need in order for them and their families to be secured.

“Most of them want to join in but it’s the financial ability of the people that is the problem especially with the cost of living sky rocketing with their income low,” she said.

She acknowledges the support of everyone.
