Samoa wins at Las Vegas parade
The Manu Samoa Sevens might have struggled in their opening game of the Las Vegas Sevens yesterday but they won different type of victory the night before during the tournament’s opening parade.
Samoa was by far the most popular team during a parade of teams representing 18 different nations at the three-day tournament.
The teams paraded down the Fremont Street Experience to cheering crowds.
The men in blue were superbly led by soga’imiti and they were well supported by the huge Samoan community who had gathered to watch.
