St. Mary’s Class of 1992 ended their three-day reunion at St. Therese Accommodation, Le’auva’a yesterday.

Laughter filled the air during their Sunday to’onai yesterday as members of the class reminisced and recalled the stories that made their time at the school memorable.

President Joanne Molio’o Taulafo said this year marks the 25th year since they entered the school.

“This is our first reunion after 25 years and it’s good to see many of our friends from overseas come together for this special event,” she said.

“After twenty five years, we’ve all grown up and we have our own families but the friendship we shared is still the same. If feels like we are still at school.”

The girls clicked right away when they came together and it’s like they never left.

“Nothing has changed, we were telling the same old jokes, talking about the good old times and we just had a ball.”

Joanne said they are planning another reunion soon.

“It’s all about coming together to renew our friendship, strengthen it and work together as one team.

“As I’ve mentioned earlier, this is our first reunion and it will not be the last.

“So hopefully our next reunion, we will have all of our sisters to come and have a great time together because I know some of them have tight schedules back home but this is not the end.”
