Re: Land Advocate and Alienation of customary land

Will the government guarantee that after the lease is done that if the family wants their land back that the government will protect the families right to regain control over their land?

And will the government pay for the assets that the leasee has built on the customary lands if the family doesn’t have the resources to do so?

If the government will not guarantee this then the people have lost autonomy over their land whether they hold a lease or not.
