No wonder why Thomas Jefferson despises big cities in favor of small towns. Commercialization comes with a price. 

The victims are usually the poor and the destitute.

International bankers and their investors seek to prop up countries standard of living; so they promise by investing in poor countries to capitalize on growth and using resources (land) of that country as collateral to finance these developments. 

They never lose out. It’s a monopolizing game that the small guy usually loses out and the International Bankers gets the best of both worlds.
