Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sa’ilele Malielegaoi is back in the country after attending the 3rd Korea-Pacific Islands Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (F.M.M.) in Seoul, Korea.

Striding towards a shared vision of peace and prosperity, the Foreign Ministers’ Meeting served as a valuable platform to build a stronger, beneficial partnership between the Pacific Island countries and Korea.

The meeting focussed on ways to strengthen substantial cooperation in the sectors of development, climate change and maritime affairs and fisheries.

The meeting also provided a platform for Korea and the Pacific Island countries to share views on each other’s regional situations with the aim to enhance peace and security.
