Police investigate drug-related killing
The Police are investigating the death of a 15-year-old boy allegedly killed in connection to a drug deal that turned sour.
This was confirmed by the Police Superintendent and Media Spokesperson, Auapa’au Logoitino Filipo in response to questions from the Samoa Observer.
The investigation, he said, was launched when the boy went missing earlier this week.
This led the Police to a marijuana farm, which has been confiscated at the street value of more than $100,000.
The incident is alleged to have occurred in the village of Satapuala.
