Something stinks, Samoa!

Dear Editor,

If Prime Minister Tuilaepa’s government is so transparent as he says, let me ask a few questions.

Where did all the aid money go after the Tsunami of 2009?

Where did Manu Samoa’s money go for the World Cup?

Why do family members of Cabinet Ministers, who are not government officials, drive government vehicles?

Who allowed all the sand to be excavated off the beach?

Why was no one responsible for the broken pipes that flooded villages and killed people a few years ago?

How did the fire really start at the maketi i Savalalo?

Lets look at correspondence between the PM and the Chinese group who are building the new high rise where the maketi used to be.

Those conversations should be public.

Why has gas at the pumps not gone down now that barrels of oil are selling for so cheap? Why is electricity so ridiculously expensive?

There is so much to answer for.

Something really stinks in paradise.
