Kiwi filing company looks to expand presence in Samoa

Leading filing company in New Zealand, Filecorp NZ Ltd, will be in Samoa next week to get a taste of Samoa and Stationery Book’s Golden Experience Trade Promotion.

Filecorp provides an extensive range of products in the area of filing and records management. Next week, the company plans to promote new filing systems and cost efficient solutions that will suit the needs of the consumers in Samoa

Business Manager Glennis Bates is looking at helping organisations increase their efficiency and interest in setting up a sound records management filing systems while she is the country.  Filecorp has been supplying files, clips, cabinets, software to Samoa for so long. 

“I still remember the last time I did the trainings at S.S.A.B’s conference room was 4 years ago,” Bates said.  

Filecorp says the files they supply will assist the people of Samoa save time, money and space. 

Bates articulated that money can be saved through the improvement on the level of efficiency therefore increases the productivity. She also explained that time can be saved through the easy accessibility to the files and can allow several people to use the files all at once and lastly maximising the space as most of the Filecorp files have thin spines but can store large paper documents inside. 

“I want to educate everyone that will be present at the Trade Promotion on how the filing system can help them save money, time and space.”

This is not the first time Filecorp has attended a trade promotion by S.S.A.B. This will be their third time.

 “We continue to be part of these trade promotions so we can help our customers in the Samoa marke.t” 

Filecorp has been conducting seminars and trainings for government ministries, corporations, private businesses and schools in the past on the importance of having a proper filing management system. 

The long standing partnership between Filecorp and S.S.A.B has given both companies the opportunity to better understand each other in terms of their products and also the needs of their customers.
