Why Samoans held back from job promotions

It is very interesting how Samoans live in NZ pull out a race card.

However, if you look at where you are, then you should ask some reality questions.

First, don’t exercise your culture in another country, respect their culture and the way of life. If the law permits Samoans in NZ to enjoy their culture in the country.

Then that is a good thing because you are abide by their rules and laws.

Sometimes Samoans live overseas are doing the Faasamoa way too much in NZ and Australia. It is not a very respectful way to live in another country.

It is kind of unfair to those people that are citizens of those countries. Promotion in companies, well racism is not a factor, it is about how well you do your job along with your education level, skills and experience.
