The Supreme Court has suppressed the publication of all evidence in the hearing of a suspended Police Superintendent Tagaolo Iosefatu Wright.

The order was made by Justice  Vui Clarence Nelson yesterday who said the decision is to ensure a fair trial for the defendant. Tagaolo is charged with six counts of theft as a servant. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The charges against the defendant happened within a period of five years, starting from 2011 to 2015. 

The accused was represented by lawyer Leota Raymond Schuster while Lucy Sio appeared on behalf of the National Prosecution Office. 

Prosecution will be calling 25 witnesses who are all police officers.
