Business is about relationships

AT VAITELE: B.S.P. Chief Executive Officer, Robin Fleming, Editor in Chief of Samoa Observer, Gatoaitele Savea Sano Malifa, Chairman of B.S.P. Board Sir Kostas Constantinou, Country Manager, Taituuga Maryanne Lameko-Vaai, Publisher of Samoa Observer, Muliaga Jean Malifa and Head of Business Banking, Edward Yee.

 

The Chairman of the Bank South Pacific (B.S.P.), Sir Kostas Constantinou and Chief Executive Officer, Robin Fleming, were in Samoa for two days.

The Papua New Guinea-based executives were in the country to visit their B.S.P. branches and catch up with their customers.

Part of the visit included visiting their trusted and loyal clients to strengthen ties and mutual trust between the parties. 

Yesterday, they visited the Samoa Observer office in Vaitele with B.S.P. Samoa Head of Business, Edward Yee and Country Manager, Taituuga Maryanne Lameko-Vaai. 

They met with the Editor-in-Chief, Gatoaitele Savea Sano Malifa and Publisher, Muliaga Jean Malifa.

“We are here to basically visit our clients and Samoa Observer is one of our clients,” Mr. Fleming said. 

“It is also to improve the relationship we have with our international branches, including our clients.” 

“Business relationships have to be taken care of so that is why this is important.”

Mr. Fleming said this was an annual visit and they normally carry it out twice a year.
