“We possess a strong customer centric philosophy and so we value your support and more importantly your partnership,” she said.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for us and you as our suppliers to meet our customers and I believe that this event will be a huge success.”

The suppliers are certainly excited.

“We hope to help the Samoan customers in terms of educating them and also what we need to learn that they need more so that we can assist them,” said Michael Duffin a representative of Elive.

“We also like to hear on what we need to improve so that when we go back we know exactly what the customers here in Samoa need.”

Ms. Leung Wai echoed Mr. Duffin’s thoughts.

“They are here to help the customers in terms of educating them and also us here at S.S.A.B.

“We need to know how we can better serve and provide a wide range of products that are available in the market.

“Having this Trade Promotion is no cheap event but every single supplier here with us today has invested their time, sacrifice their families and also they are here to support us.

“So to reciprocate I ask our customers, Samoan people, current and new customers to come and meet our suppliers and I urged our Samoan people to come and support our suppliers here because they do care about us.”

Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sa’ilele Malielegaoi will open the event at 9am.
