Re: Powerful P.M.

If the P.M. has a majority he actually has more power than a president. 

This is what Tuilaepa fully understands and you PS Jeffrey do not. 

This is why the P.M. has passed laws making sure that he always has a majority therefore he has total power.

A president does not have this absolute power because congress and the senators of the president’s party do not have to support the presidents bills like MPs of the PMs own party must support the PMs bills. It’s called party discipline.

This is why the P.M, understanding this, has created a ridiculous rule, which allows 5 members to run in one district as H.R.P.P members. Duh.
