Good Samaritan helps family’s plight
A Good Samaritan, who wants to remain anonymous, yesterday sent $300 for Siaunofo Seti’s family at Lotoso’a Saleimoa.
Seti’s story was published on Samoa Observer’s Village Voice section on Wednesday this week, where their poor housing condition was highlighted.
“I want to help this family who needs help. The money that I send over is for them to have a good Christmas just like every other family,” the Good Samaritan said.
Seti expressed sincere thanks for the monetary gift and for the life of the person who had donated.
“The money will be put into good use because there is so much that needs to be done in terms of developing our small family,” Seti said.
The couple has six children and they rely mostly on selling vegetables for a living.
