A seven-year-old girl who has been missing since Wednesday has been found.

This has just been confirmed by the Police in a statement.

“The Samoa Police Service would like to inform the general public that the 7 year old that was missing from her family since Wednesday is now being found and reunited with her family today, the 23rd of February 2018,” the statement said.

“The S.P.S. would like to acknowledge the family who look after the young girl in the past couple of days.

“She is now being taken for a medical check to ensure she is fine as a precautionary measure.”

In the meantime, an investigation is underway as to why she left her family.
