Love at first sight for new couple

Last Saturday was a day of celebration at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Temple at Pesega when two souls became one.

Taaloga Feilo and Mona Toala tied the knot in front of families and friends there to witness their special day.

The love birds who are both members of the church met while serving their missions overseas. Since then, their love for each other has grown so that they have finally made the decision to take their relationship to a new level.

Mona Toala is the daughter of Falesue and Vaatausili Toala of Alamagoto. The 27-year-old works at the Tupua Tamasese Meaole Hospital.

Taaloga Feilo is the son of Gaiele and Penina Feilo. The 24-year-old hails from the village of Satapuala and he works at the Faleolo International Airport.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds celebrated with friends, families and guests at the Maliu Mai Bar and Restaurant at Fugalei.
