I wish to correct a misinterpretation/misquote by your reporter in an article titled “Magiagi church dedicates $500,000 Pastor’s house” in the Sunday Samoan.

Your story said that: While there was success in terms of raising funds, Tupuivao revealed that there were many who could not put up with the pressure of the project and left. 

May I confirm that not one single family left our parish because of the pressure of fundraising for our project. 

It in fact, had the opposite effect, because in the end it has brought out the spirit of togetherness, oneness and strengthened our Christian bondage in friendship. And above all, it was a great achievement dedicated to the Lord.
