Pacific Games lands $2 million sponsorship

In “going local,” the Pacific Games has signed a $2 million sponsorship deal with Samoa Commercial Bank. Managing director, Lemalu Ray Ah Liki, and senior manager Tauiliili Ruth Penaia signed the memorandum of understanding with games chairperson, Loau Keneti Sio and chief executive Falefata Hele Matatia.

How many more millions will this country continue to waste?

This much is true. You know Christmas is near when the wet season arrives and everything else it brings – including those potholes. Everywhere. Indeed, it’s that time of the year once more when thousands of Samoans return for the holidays only to be greeted by those gaping potholes as soon as they exit the wonderful Chinese-funded airport at Faleolo.

Re: Christian principles and Samoan culture That is an opinion by someone who is uninformed and/or just plain paranoid, or “not all there”. Here’s a fact though: The LDS Church is an American-born church/religion that is helpful to all people and countries including Samoa.

As the year draws to an end perhaps it would be remiss not to extend a token of appreciation to all the local businesses in the Private-sector that have endeavored against all odds throughout the year.
