Between the Lines

FENCE

The newly built fence at the national university has not lasted that long as a car lost control and crashed into it. Some say it may have been a disgruntled student after being given a notice.

SPACE X

The revelation of the local partner supposedly selected by Space X for Starlink services in Samoa did not come as a surprise. The close ties between the partner and influential figures raise eyebrows.

DECENCY

To the bus driver who stopped near the landfill to urinate in public and make little effort to stay hidden, please have some decency. While the bus was empty, there were people with families passing by.

DRINK OR TWO

Rugby players were spotted having a drink or two on the night before the start of the international competition. Does this have to do something with the abysmal results?

STUDENT FEES

Close to 1000 university students were unable to pay their fees. Hopefully, the district councils now realise the importance of supporting education.
