American doctors and specialists are in the country for nine days. Hopefully, they have brought their equipment with them as the ones at the local facilities need upgrading.

WAR ZONE

An army doctor was expelled last year by her own government when she described Samoa’s hospitals as those in the war zones. The doctor was not far from the point.
